AAA Custom Trolleys initally began as a need was seen for better removals equipment...
In 1997, together with our creation of several new labour-saving designs, AAA Custom Trolleys was underway.
Looking to expand our business, we purchased a small manufacturing company called Matmo Hand Trucks & Trolleys, which further increased our range and capabilities. Since then, our range has grown with each new project we have undertaken, and we now boast the widest standard range of hand-fabricated trolleys made in Australia, from elevating hand trucks to engineer-approved oxy/acetylene trolleys.

Everything we use in the trolley making process is sourced locally, from welding consumables to wheels & castors, from powdercoating to steel & aluminium. All our trolleys carry a frame construction warranty of up to 5 years, and are fitted with only quality wheels and castors.

In 1998, we became the official Queensland distributor for Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions, which allowed us to incorporate a full range of manual, hydraulic, and electric lifting and moving equipment. The extensive Hercules range includes equipment for handling drum, pallets, crates, and much more, but the product Hercules is best known for is their range of electric stairclimbing trolleys. With the capability to carry over 500kg up stairs, these trolleys save labour, injury, time, and money.

More recently, Hercules has branched out from materials handling equipment, and created Hercules Carparking Systems. HCS has a massive range of space-saving car parking and storage equipment, with capabilities from creating two car spaces from one, right up to creating forty car spaces from three.

Hercules equipment is imported from countries all over the world, including the United States, Italy, China, Germany, Finland, and more. We are proud to be the official Qld distributor for Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions and Hercules Carparking Systems, and combined with our range of high-quality hand trucks, we are sure to be able to cater for your every materials handling need.

Our skilled fabricators weld each frame by hand, which ensures a complete weld on every join for maximum strength and longevity.

In most circumstances our machines cost less than traditional concrete car parks, use less space, hold more vehicles within the space, and take far less construction time to install. Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions are an importer of hydraulic and electric lifting & moving equipment. Importing quality goods from USA, France, Germany, Finland, Italy, etc. The Hercules range caters for applications such as drum handling, pallet handling, dock levelling, general lifting, order picking, bin dumping, furniture and general moving, but their true specialty is motorised stair-climbing equipment. Hercules has the largest range of electric stair-climbing equipment in Australia, ranging from 110kg cap. electric stair climbing hand trucks, to 1500kg cap. stair robots.
